We have a 25 space RV Park with full hook-ups. We currently have lake spots and nonlake spots available. We are an adult Park only and pets must be approved at the owners discression. Rent is $400.00 monthly, Water for fulltime person is $40.00 monthly or part time person is $25.00 monthly, sewer is $5.00 monthly, and electrical is individually metered - total depends on usage with standard PG&E pricing plus a nominal meter reading fee.
